Hong Kong Scottish is excited to announce that, in partnership with INLE Risk Management and APRIL Hong Kong Limited, we have launched a voluntary medical scheme open to all members, spouses and children. We believe Hong Kong Scottish is the first rugby club in Hong Kong to provide this benefit to its members!

INLE Risk Management is a Hong Kong insurance broker run by two of our members, life member William McGrath and Bravehearts’ Liam McGrath, while APRIL is one of Europe’s leading private medical insurers and one of the top firms in Hong Kong and Asia.

Hong Kong Scottish knows that private medical insurance is a big issue for many of our members who may have poor quality company-provided insurance or no cover at all. We have spent a good deal of time and effort working with INLE Risk Management to put together what we believe is an excellent scheme for you.

This medical plan is the most flexible in Hong Kong, and by using a modular approach it allows you to create the plan in accordance with your medical needs and budget – you can also join at any time. Also, the Hong Kong Scottish member does not need to buy the cover themselves to take advantage of the scheme for their partner or dependents. 

Importantly, since you will be buying the insurance through the plan crafted especially for our members, you will be getting a substantial discount over what the same cover would cost were you to buy it on your own. Lastly, you can continue to maintain your excellent medical coverage with these reduced premium rates as long as you remain a member of Hong Kong Scottish – even if you leave Hong Kong for another country in Asia or elsewhere!
