Bloomberg Hong Kong Scottish put on another fantastic kids day with help from a number of committed Bloomberg staff on 4 June 2016 at Kings Park. HKS partnered up with Bloombergs chosen charity, Soco (Society for Community Organisation) as well as Po Leung Kok Orphanage to deliver a fun filled day to over 60 children.
The day started off with a rugby themed sports day which the Bloomberg staff seemed to enjoy as much as the children. Lunch was served afterwards and then all children and volunteers jumped on a double decker bus to go and watch Hong Kong play South Korea in the final game of the Asian Rugby Championship where the children had the chance to meet some of the players on the pitch including Lex Kaleca, Jack Parfitt and Lachlan Chubb.
Hong Kong won the match 41 – 15. Many thanks to all the Bloomberg staff and other volunteers for their help in the smooth running of this day.
