Flying Kukris

The Flying Kukris have been the direct feeder club to Hong Kong Scottish since the inception of Hong Kong Scottish back in 2011.  There have been a number of success stories already with Owen Beattie and then Nick Ngan Kee making their 1st XV debut whilst still at school and members of the successful Flying Kukris U19 side, coached by HK Scottish scrum half Stephen Dowse.

The Flying Kukris are a bilingual rugby club in Hong Kong, with the current breakdown around 70% Chinese and 30 expatriate.  The tradition of bilingual coaching remains a cornerstone of the club’s ethos.  Club players range from 4-18, so covering the full spectrum of mini and Colts games.

Currently the club is proudly supported by 4 main sponsors - all drawn from within the Club, allowing the club to grow even further.

With the great support of the HKRFU, following our first 3 years at HKIEd SC, they now have secured another extension of 3 years.

Hong Kong Scottish Kukris is a joint venture side between HK Scottish and Flying Kukris that play in the Hong Kong Ladies league.
