HKS turn over HKCC 58-10

Bloomberg Hong Kong Scottish returned from the festive break in fine fashion with a convincing 58-10 win over Herbert Freehill HKCC at HKFC in the first match of the Premiership Super Saturday on the 13th of January.

First half tries by Lex Kaleca, Shea Turner and captain Josh Dowsing gave the Scots a healthy lead which they extended in the second half through tries by Sam Vaevae, Ben Tyler, George Fleming, Mike Parfitt and Ashton Hyde. Gregor McNeish was on fine form both in attack and with the boot, he picked up the man of the match award as well as notching up 18 points during the match.

The HKS Nomads also had a convincing 60-5 win against HKCC 2nd XV. Tries by Jack Wardle, Jack Morris, a brace from Theo Gayton, Lucas Duley, Andrew Bruce, Luke Davey, Jack Cullen, John Moran and Will Drake helped the Nomads secure 2nd place in the League. 

The HKS Phoenixes beat Gai Wu 45-7 and retain top sport in Nation League 4. The HKS Bravehearts and HKS Kuris had a free weekend. 

The first XV take on Valley at The Rock, Shek Kip Mei on Saturday the 20th of January with a 16:30 kick off time.
